Coaching, Mentoring and Strategic support
The majority of Coaching and Mentoring is provided face-to-face from our Hamilton offices. Additional telephone or email contact is also offered under option (iii) below. Here are the 3 service options we offer:
(i) A one-off discussion (generally 1.5 to 2 hours)
Ideal for when you need help to gain clarity, make important decisions and for developing solutions or strategies relating to an issue, opportunity or business idea.
(ii) Weekly or fortnightly meetings held over 3 months
Get the important things done, bring greater clarity and accountability, share the load and have someone with extensive experience to act as your own external sounding board when making decisions about important strategic and day-to-day issues & opportunities.
(iii) A series of strategic meetings held over 12 months
Ideal for achievement of a big goal, getting to the 'next level'; for transformation of your business or for on-going personal or business growth and development. This option offers all of (i) and (ii) above and (virtually) unlimited availability to your Coach / Mentor.
