Geoff is the founder of One 2 One. Over the last 22 years, he has been instrumental in the creation and establishment of eight business start-ups across seven different industries. He takes a strategic approach to business and has extensive experience across all facets of business. He's a specialist in business start-ups, recruitment, direct sales, sales management systems, planning and leadership strategies. He also has Franchise experience gained over a 5-year period where he was Franchisor of his own nationwide distributor network of 19 franchisees.

Geoff has financial interests and strategic involvement in 2 other NZ businesses and dedicates 3 days per week to helping his One 2 One business owner clients, to grow and develop themselves and their businesses. His personal passion is to help people find and fulfill their full business and personal potential.  He is a professionally trained and qualified Coach and is also a NLP (Neuro Linguistics) Master Practitioner.

Raewyn is a seasoned businesswoman who has jointly (with her husband) owned and operated 2 very successful hospitality businesses over the last 15 years. She is also a barrister and solicitor with her own legal practice specialising in employment and family law. Both hospitality businesses are now run under management, which has given Raewyn the opportunity to follow her passion of helping business people to build successful businesses that create the level of freedom and quality of life they really want for themselves.

Raewyn is a very positive, motivated and active person in the many facets of her life. Evidence of this is her recent personal achievement of training for and completing her first half marathon (in Oct 2006), whilst continuing to aptly manage her many other family, education and business responsibilities. Raewyn is Chairperson of a School Board of Trustees, a mother of two very active teenage daughters, wife of a successful businessman and an avid learner holding Psychology and Legal degrees and recently becoming a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistics) Practitioner.

An engineer by profession, Garry's career has included the heading up the local office of a multi-national corporation before joining forces with a partner and establishing The Resources Group, established in April 2000 to provide entrepreneurial services and funding avenues to technology companies.

Garry is highly experienced in all aspects of managing technology businesses from research and development to manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, finance and management and is widely acknowledged as expert in his field.

He is active in the technology community serving as a director, active on commercial, educational and industry training advisory boards, a valued mentor, an advisor to government and is actively involved in several government initiatives including the NZTandE's Beachhead and the HiGrowth Project.

Isa loves a challenge and is very capable of juggling many balls simultaneously, as evidenced by her many business achievements to date.

Still in her mid thirties, Isa has been down the academic and corporate paths and then in 1997 ventured into self employment establishing a very successful property development company, employing up to 40 contractors for each project with Isa personally managing all projects. In addition to that Isa identified a niche market opportunity in 2004 and set up a new business in Tauranga, being a specialist children's hair salon, which is run under management. In 2003 / 2004 she was also instrumental in establishing and facilitating an Innovation and Entrepreneurship programme at a Waikato Secondary School .

Due to her extensive experience and ability as a coach, business consultant and facilitator Isa is often called upon to assist companies to develop their people and processes. Isa is also 90% through completing a Bachelor of Business Studies extramurally through Massey University. Her major is in Enterprise Development.
